OUR FOUNDER
Lisa Rattler, a native of Missouri attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas, where she began her journey in the administrative field. After relocating to Indiana, she earned her bachelor's degree in management and master's degree in business administration while building a distinguished career in corporate America. For 28 years, she has worked as an executive assistant and served at her local church, blending her professional expertise with her passion for faith and service.

She is also an entrepreneur, teacher, speaker, consultant, and author. She is also a co-author of a resource guide created alongside fellow executive assistants. Her unique perspective comes from walking the intersection of corporate excellence, entrepreneurial vision, and spiritual calling.
